日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、针对数据分析、评测、模型训练等业务场景，设计和建设高效、稳定、安全、可拓展的数据生成Workflow； 2、根据评测和模型训练特点，抽象并开发高效、可拓展的数据加工框架，提升数据处理工程效率，维护数据安全； 3、参与平台基础能力建设，保持并提升在海量并发场景下的系统稳定性，和性能与资源的利用率，构建完善的系统可观测性； 4、建设数据管理平台，构建数据采集、处理和存储的可视化和权限配置，提升数据处理效率和安全性； 5、探索Agent在数据生产平台中的应用，构建并不断提升平台的智能化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉至少一种编程语言，如Go、Python、Java等，至少有一种模型后训练经验； 3、对大数据技术有深入的理解加分，熟练掌握如Spark、Flink、Kafka、Hive、HDFS等工具加分； 4、对大模型、Agent Infra等方向有热情，具备较好的学习能力、独立分析和处理复杂问题的能力； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，善于合作； 6、一周出勤4天及以上，连续实习6个月以上优先。
