The posting

1、负责智能运维Agent系统的研发与落地，参与或主导Agent Harness、沙箱执行环境、工具调度、任务编排等核心模块的设计与实现； 2、面向数据库运维、数据管道排障、容量规划、值班辅助等场景，完成从Agent能力设计、工具封装、Prompt工程到上线灰度的端到端交付，持续优化准确率、响应时延与稳定性； 3、针对时序异常检测、多指标关联、基于拓扑的根因定位、告警降噪、容量预测、日志模式挖掘等核心算法问题，设计并落地“传统算法+大模型+领域知识”三位一体的技术方案； 4、建设Agent效果评估与迭代体系（评测集、离线回归、在线A/B、负面案例分析、置信度校准），与SRE、DBA、平台团队协同推动Agent在值班、主动巡检、自愈等场景的规模化应用。

1、计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上学历；3年以上AI相关经验（高级及以上岗位要求相应提高）； 2、熟练掌握Python/Go/Java中的至少一种，具备扎实的系统设计能力；熟悉分布式系统、微服务、消息队列、容器化等主流技术栈； 3、对大模型应用与AI Agent工程化有真实落地经验，熟悉Agent Loop、Tool Use、Function Calling、RAG、Prompt Engineering等核心技术，理解其工程约束与常见失败模式； 4、理解运维领域的常见挑战（监控告警、日志分析、故障排查、变更管理等），能快速将业务场景转化为Agent能力设计； 5、对数据类系统（关系型数据库、数据仓库、数据管道、调度系统等）有基本了解，能结合领域特性思考技术方案。

加分项 1、在时序异常检测、根因分析、因果推断、图学习、日志智能分析等AIOps核心算法方向有深入研究或落地经验，能独立主导算法方案从0到1的建设； 2、在数据库自治、数据平台自动化运维、大规模AIOps系统的核心设计与落地中担任过关键角色； 3、在AIOps、大模型应用、数据系统或人工智能基础设施方向有高质量顶会论文（KDD/NeurIPS/ICML/VLDB/SIGMOD等）、开源影响力或代表性技术成果； 4、有AI Agent、AI Copilot等AI原生产品的完整落地经验，熟悉主流开源Agent框架的能力边界与工程取舍，或在相关开源项目中有持续贡献； 5、熟悉沙箱/代码执行环境、工具调用协议（如MCP）、Agent可观测性等Agent基础设施方向。
