1、参与抖音直播客户端AI Agent方向的建设，面向直播核心场景，设计并落地具备感知、理解、规划与执行能力的智能体能力；负责基于大语言模型的客户端Agent框架研发，探索AI在直播消费、互动、创作辅助、主播经营等场景中的落地方案； 2、参与端侧、云端协同的AI能力建设，推动Agent在复杂业务场景下的任务拆解、工具调用、上下文管理与执行链路优化； 3、参与客户端智能化产品能力研发，结合抖音直播业务特点，提升AI Agent在多轮交互、实时响应、个性化服务等方向的用户体验； 4、与产品、设计、服务端、算法等团队密切合作，推进AI Agent在直播客户端场景中的工程化落地，持续优化效果、性能与稳定性；关注Multi-Agent、Prompt Engineering、长短期记忆、任务规划等前沿技术，探索其在直播业务中的实际应用与价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础和编程能力，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等基础知识； 3、熟悉iOS/Android/跨端客户端开发技术中的一种或多种，有移动端项目实践经验者优先； 4、对大语言模型、AI Agent、Prompt Engineering、RAG、任务规划、工具调用等方向有一定理解，有相关项目实践者优先； 5、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，较强的学习能力、沟通协作能力和结构化表达能力； 6、对AI技术与产品结合有热情，对直播、内容、互动类产品感兴趣，具备较强的创新意识与落地意识。

加分项 1、有AI Agent、Multi-Agent、智能助手、Copilot、对话系统等相关项目经验； 2、有iOS、Android或跨端客户端产品的开发经历，熟悉移动端性能优化、工程架构设计者优先； 3、有LLM应用落地经验，了解Prompt优化、RAG、Function Calling、Agent工作流等技术； 4、在人工智能、人机交互、自然语言处理、软件工程等相关领域有论文、竞赛或开源项目经历； 5、对直播互动、内容推荐、智能创作、AI驱动产品体验有深入兴趣或相关实践。
