1、参与AI游戏编辑器的前端开发，负责编辑体验、复杂交互与可视化，以及性能和稳定性优化； 2、参与编辑器相关AI Agent前端能力建设，包括流式交互、会话与上下文管理、工具调用结果呈现、Agent运行状态可视化等； 3、参与通用组件、插件机制、前端基础设施建设，并在需求分析、编码、调试和文档沉淀中合理使用AI Coding工具，持续提升交付效率与质量。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数字媒体技术或相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的前端基础，熟悉JavaScript/TypeScript、HTML、CSS，掌握React、Vue等至少一种主流前端框架； 3、理解常见的数据结构、网络与浏览器原理，具备良好的编码习惯；了解Git、构建工具、测试和前端工程化实践； 4、熟练使用至少一种AI Coding工具（TRAE/Codex/ClaudeCode等），能够通过上下文构建、任务拆解、代码审查和测试验证提升研发效率，并对AI生成结果负责； 5、了解大模型与AI Agent的基本工作原理，对Prompt/Context Engineering、Tool Calling等概念有基本认知；愿意持续学习MCP、RAG、Memory、Sub-Agent等技术并将其应用到真实项目。

加分项： 1、有游戏编辑器、低代码/可视化编辑器或复杂工具型产品开发经验； 2、熟悉至少一种游戏相关技术或引擎，如Three.js、Babylon.js、Godot、Unity、Cocos Creator、LayaAir等； 3、了解计算机图形学、图形渲染或游戏引擎原理，并有相关作品； 4、有Agent、RAG、MCP、工作流编排或Multi-Agent项目实践及开源贡献； 5、有AI应用评测、Prompt/Context优化或模型效果分析经验； 6、有Node.js、Python或Go等全栈实践；具备良好的产品意识、沟通协作和快速学习能力。
