1、负责短剧AI内容方向核心系统研发，聚焦AI剪辑、互动能力、AI小助手等重点业务，支持相关产品能力的快速建设与持续迭代； 2、参与内容生产链路智能化升级，围绕内容理解、素材组织、自动剪辑、内容生成等场景，完成服务端系统设计与开发； 3、与产品、算法、前端、运营等跨职能团队密切配合，面向真实业务场景快速交付高质量系统能力； 4、持续关注AI与内容行业前沿技术，结合业务发展需要，推动新能力在业务中的落地和演进。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信和电子信息科学、数学等相关专业； 2、具备良好的编码能力和工程素养，熟悉常见的数据结构、算法及系统设计方法； 3、有服务端、前端、客户端等开发经验，有全栈的研发经验优先； 4、具备较好的业务理解、问题抽象和系统设计能力，能够独立负责模块设计与落地；有责任心、自驱力和良好的沟通协同能力，能够在复杂业务场景中持续推进项目； 5、对AI方向有兴趣，有智能体、内容理解等相关研发经验者优先。
