1、利用AI工具快速构建场景化智能体应用，快速实现Agent原型开发，并调试优化Agent效果； 2、基于产品需求，推动产品架构和核心技术改进和优化，完成原型Demo到产品的工程化实现，沉淀可复用的技术方案与产品模块； 3、基于Agentic Context Engineering（ACE技术）和强化学习奖励工程，实现行业智能体Agent Evolve系统工程实现。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、机器学习、数据挖掘等相关专业； 2、熟悉掌握“Agent/大模型原生应用开发、大模型预训练/后训练策略工程、Data for AI、AI Infra/云原生”至少两种技术交叉； 3、具备持续学习能力，主动关注AI领域前沿技术（SFT/RL优化、垂类Agent、模型工程化等），乐于探索新技术、新方法并落地实践； 4、具备优秀的逻辑思维与问题分析能力，能快速定位数据处理、模型训练、工程化实现中的核心问题并解决。
