1、负责质效场景下Agent系统设计与研发，围绕需求理解、测试生成、代码评审、缺陷发现等核心场景，构建端到端的Agent工作流与能力闭环，与研发、测试、产品等多角色协作，围绕真实问题推动Agent能力落地，形成可验证的业务价值闭环，持续跟进前沿技术，并结合业务场景完成工程化落地； 2、负责Agent核心链路建设，包括任务规划、上下文构建、多工具调用编排、结果汇总验证等关键环节，持续提升Agent的分析深度、稳定性与可靠性； 3、参与可复用Agent框架的设计与沉淀，包括通用任务模板、工具协议规范、执行管控机制、调试与评测能力，提升多场景下的复用效率与工程化水平。

1、本科学历及以上计算机相关专业，2年以上研发经验，熟练掌握Python/Java/Go等至少一门编程语言，具备良好的工程实现与系统设计能力； 2、具备AI Agent应用的端到端项目落地经验，能够独立设计和优化Agent的规划推理、记忆管理、工具编排、自我反思等核心机制，有解决长程任务稳定性、复杂上下文组织、幻觉抑制、多Agent协同等工程化挑战的实战经验； 3、熟悉主流Agent编排框架与开源生态，对知识增强、代码语义检索等方向有深入理解和工程实践； 4、具备较强的自驱力和主人翁精神，能够在快速变化的AI领域中主动探索、持续学习与落地。

加分项 1、有研发工具或平台落地经验，服务过研发团队者优先； 2、有代码理解、程序分析、代码评审、测试生成等方向的实践经验者优先。
