1、参与抖音直播客户端AI Agent方向的建设，面向直播场景，设计并落地具备感知、理解、规划与执行能力的智能体能力；负责基于大语言模型的客户端Agent框架研发，探索AI在直播消费、互动、创作辅助、主播经营等场景中的落地方案； 2、参与端侧、云端协同的AI能力建设，推动Agent在复杂业务场景下的任务拆解、工具调用、上下文管理与执行链路优化； 3、参与客户端智能化产品能力研发，结合抖音直播业务特点，提升AI Agent在多轮交互、实时响应、个性化服务等方向的用户体验； 4、与产品、设计、服务端、算法等团队密切合作，推进AI Agent在直播客户端场景中的工程化落地，持续优化效果、性能与稳定性；关注Multi-Agent、Prompt Engineering、长短期记忆、任务规划等前沿技术，探索其在直播业务中的实际应用与价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的工程功底与数据结构、算法基础：精通至少一门主流编程语言或技术栈（Python/Go/JS/TS/Java/Objective-C/Swift/C/C++/Android/iOS/Harmony），对软件架构有良好的理解； 3、对Agent技术在研发及直播业务场景落地有兴趣，熟悉大语言模型技术栈，在上下文工程、Skills、Agent编排、评测等方向有实践经验，并能清晰阐述如何通过Agent解决实际业务问题； 4、优秀的系统设计与问题拆解能力：能够将模糊、复杂的业务问题拆解为清晰、可执行的技术模块和迭代路径； 5、关注用户体验，能够积极把技术转化为用户体验改进；对新技术保持热情，具备良好的分析、解决问题能力； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力与自驱力，愿意在快速变化的AI领域中持续学习与探索。
