日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动内部创新业务团队，专注研究新技术赛道相关领域产品，落地AI智能化创新。

1、参与Auto Research相关Agent Workflow的设计与开发，探索科研自动化场景中的Agent应用； 2、参与搜索、文献阅读、代码生成、实验执行、结果分析等Agent能力的验证与集成； 3、基于现有Agent Framework搭建和迭代原型系统，验证不同技术方案的效果与可行性； 4、参与Agent Tool、Memory、Evaluation等模块的开发与测试，协助完善平台能力； 5、跟踪Agent、Auto Research领域的最新进展，调研开源项目和前沿技术，并完成技术验证与分享。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握Python，具备良好的编程基础和代码阅读能力； 3、了解LLM、Agent、RAG、Tool Calling等相关技术，对Agent方向有浓厚兴趣； 4、具备较强的学习能力和动手能力，能够快速理解并使用新工具和新框架； 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识。
