团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕数据标注、评测等业务场景，参与通用提效工具的建设与迭代，支持业务效率持续提升； 2、深入理解业务流程与协作链路，识别效率卡点，推动工具能力与业务需求匹配，对提效结果及实际使用效果负责； 3、推动提效工具在业务团队中的推广、落地与复用，持续跟踪使用反馈、覆盖范围及收益表现，提升工具影响力； 4、探索数据标注、评测场景下的端到端自动化提效方案，推动业务流程从人工驱动向标准化、自动化演进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、可连续实习3个月及以上优先；有AI应用、Agent、Workflow、自动化工具等相关实践经验； 3、熟悉至少一种编程语言，Python/TypeScript优先，能独立完成脚本、服务或系统开发，理解Prompt Engineering；能使用大模型工具提升开发效率，例如Cursor、Claude Code、TRAE等，有实际项目经验优先； 4、了解Agent评测流程，对于不同模型的能力有了解，熟悉Agent的工具调用、上下文管理、结构化输出、人机协同等基础机制； 5、具备较强的产品和流程意识，能把模糊业务问题拆成MVP，并判断先做什么、怎么验证效果； 6、有基本工程习惯，能写可维护代码，能处理异常、日志、配置、接口对接和文档沉淀。
