团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据工程自动化开发：参与开发、维护高质量数据合成Pipeline，支持人机协作的高质量数据生产，或是参与支持自动化评测能力的工程开发与维护； 2、数据驱动的迭代协同：与产品、算法、工程团队紧密协作，深入参与到Agent/模型迭代的整体流程，提供定制化的数据相关的工程化解决方案，助力Agent/模型持续迭代升级； 3、结合业务实际，将前沿的数据、评测、分析方法落地应用于实际业务中，通过优化数据质量、提升数据构造效率和迭代评价手段，提升Agent、模型使用体验和迭代效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，金融、经济、市场营销、电子信息、数据科学、计算机等背景优先，金融、经济、会计、财务管理等经济管理类专业优先，市场营销、广告学、电子商务、网络与新媒体、新闻传播、统计学等专业优先； 2、有金融/营销与数据复合经历的优先，至少熟悉一种编程语言，具备Agent&Workflow搭建经历，有较强的独立编程能力加分； 3、了解数据、评测、模型效果之间的关系，能主动思考高质量数据、高质量评测集需要满足的特点； 4、有大模型产品、数据合成、研发、评测、开源Benchmark搭建等相关经验的同学优先； 5、对国内外主流大模型及产品具备深入了解与体验，对LLM、Agent的前沿发展具备较高敏锐度； 6、自驱力和学习能力强，具备较高的责任心、团队协作及统筹能力，具有一定项目管理与自动化提效经验优先，可实习三个月以上，每周实习5天。

加分项： 1、复合金融经历：具备财务分析、估值基础或宏观/行业研究框架者、有研究报告、公司分析、投资复盘类经验、有券商研究所、投行/FA、基金/资管等金融类实习经历优先，有CFA、FRM、基金/证券从业资格等证书加分； 2、复合营销经历：具备用户增长、内容营销、电商运营、投放优化任一基本框架认知者、有新媒体运营（抖音/公众号）、电商运营、广告投放、达人商务/MCN、用户/私域运营等实习经历优先。
