1、参与AI研发提效能力建设，围绕代码理解、研发问答、任务执行等场景，完成需求分析、方案设计、开发和落地； 2、参与Agent与研发知识库开发，包括任务编排、工具调用、知识检索，以及记忆、反馈等能力建设； 3、结合实际使用效果，持续优化Prompt、上下文管理、检索质量和任务执行链路，提升系统的准确性、稳定性与任务成功率。

1、具备1—3年软件研发经验，熟悉至少一门主流编程语言，如Go、Java、Python、JavaScript/TypeScript等，具备良好的编码和工程实践能力； 2、对大语言模型应用开发有基本理解，了解Prompt、RAG、上下文管理、工具调用等常见技术； 3、具备良好的问题分析、任务拆解和学习能力，能够独立完成具体功能模块的设计与开发； 4、具备良好的沟通和协作能力，能够与产品、研发及平台团队共同推动需求落地。

加分项 1、有Agent、AI编程工具或研发提效产品的项目经验； 2、有知识库、RAG、向量检索、记忆或反馈机制相关经验； 3、有可展示的AI应用、开源项目或技术作品。
