1、设计与编排复杂任务流：将复杂的开发需求，拆解为模型可以理解和执行的多步任务（Multi-step Task），并设计工作流编排与执行引擎； 2、集成与调用生态工具：让Agent“学会”使用各种工具来增强自身能力，包括但不限于： 1）集成代码理解与静态分析工具（如AST、CFG），让Agent精准理解代码结构与逻辑； 2）调用内部平台与服务（如CI/CD系统、代码仓库API），实现自动化测试与部署； 3）调用外部生态（如搜索引擎、开源库文档），获取解决问题所需的实时信息； 3、提升系统的鲁棒性与可控性：致力于让Agent的行为更加稳定和可预测；参与探索和实践规划（Planning）、记忆（Memory）、反思（Reflection）与自我纠错（Self-Correction）等机制，持续提升任务的成功率。

1、扎实的工程功底：2年以上后端研发工作经验，精通至少一门主流编程语言（Python/Go/JS/TS），并对软件架构有良好的理解； 2、丰富的LLM应用经验：熟悉大语言模型的技术栈，有丰富的API调用、Prompt Engineering、上下文管理（Context Management）、工具/函数调用（Tool/Function Calling）等实践经验； 3、深刻的Agent机制理解：对Agent的工作机制有清晰的认知，包括但不限于任务规划、记忆、反思与自我纠错； 4、出色的代码理解与程序分析能力：对代码的本质有深刻洞察力，熟悉或理解抽象语法树（AST）、控制流图（CFG）、静态分析、单元测试生成等技术者优先； 5、优秀的系统设计与问题拆解能力：能够将模糊、复杂的业务问题，拆解为清晰、可执行的技术模块和迭代路径。
