1、负责Agent自进化平台能力建设，基于已具备的Trace采集能力，设计并实现「评测→归因→分析→优化→再评测」的通用自动迭代循环，使多个业务线能基于自身Trace数据实现Agent的持续自进化，而非仅输出优化建议； 2、建设通用化Agent评测与归因分析引擎，从海量执行Trace中自动识别退化模式、能力短板与优化机会点，并直接驱动优化执行（Prompt自动改写、工具配置调整、记忆策略更新等），执行后自动触发再评测验证优化效果，形成持续迭代循环； 3、探索并沉淀自进化方法论，通过评测归因、对比学习、记忆检索、自动优化等手段实现Agent行为的系统化自动调优，使优化能力从单业务定制走向跨业务通用； 4、与评测平台、Trace分析平台产品团队紧密协作，将上述闭环能力产品化，降低业务接入成本，提升自进化方法的通用性与可迁移性。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，人工智能、计算机科学、统计学、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、精通Agent应用开发与调优：具备Agentic框架的实际开发与深度定制经验，熟悉主流Agent范式，在Prompt自动优化、记忆系统设计、上下文管理、工具/Skill调度等方向有深入实践； 3、具备大模型应用认知，熟悉推理流程与能力边界，理解上下文管理、多Agent架构、Agent Teams等核心机制； 4、扎实的机器学习与数据分析能力：熟练使用Python及常用ML库，擅长分类、聚类、归因分析、A/B实验等定量方法，能从海量Trace数据中发现问题模式； 5、熟悉AI Coding工具，能利用AI Agent快速完成探索调研、原型开发与实验验证。
