1、架构设计与落地：负责大模型应用的工程化落地和效果调优，设计高效、高扩展且具有前瞻性的大模型应用系统架构，解决Agent的效果、效率、成本等工程挑战； 2、效果评估与优化：主导大模型应用在GUI/API等质量场景下，效果的评测、线上效果的分析，围绕效果提升，制定从架构、策略、数据的优化方案； 3、技术前瞻与创新：关注行业前沿技术趋势，结合业务场景引入新技术，推动产品能力持续升级； 4、跨团队协作：与业务、算法、产品、Infra团队紧密协作，推动技术方案落地，满足业务需求且具备前瞻性。

1、3年以上开发/架构设计经验，具备丰富的服务端开发领域经验和优秀的架构能力，有分布式系统设计和开发经验，有Agent的开发实践优先； 2、具备问题分析与解决能力和创新思维，敢于探索新应用模式和技术创新点； 3、对多模态大模型、Agent产品技术、大模型各类实践，有基本的了解和认知； 4、对大模型/Agent有浓厚兴趣，有强烈的学习欲望，对新技术抱有足够热情，热爱AI技术，并积极在日常工作中学习、尝试各类AI技术和产品。
