团队介绍：抖音AI团队主要负责抖音项目以及团队内的AI落地相关基础建设工作。我们的职责是用前沿的AI技术去赋能抖音应用以及抖音团队。我们希望在AI技术的加持下，能够更好的给抖音用户带来更好的信息消费体验，也能够让抖音这个大型组织能够更加高效的运转，从而更加及时的满足用户的各项诉求。团队主要负责抖音AI基础建设，包括但不限于模型训练、Agent相关的工程链路开发、通用Agent工具抽象以及AI Native的各类产品开发工作。AGI信仰强，以发展成为AI Native组织为目标，努力拓展传统协作模式的职责边界，充分给同学们提供自身探索的空间。

1、聚焦集团内研发提效场景，研发面向真实复杂任务的下一代AI Agent，负责相关算法的设计与研发； 2、研究Agent关键技术，包括规划、推理、工具调用、记忆、多智能体协作等； 3、提升Agent在长难复杂任务的执行效果与效率，系统分析失败模式，推动模型、工具和执行框架协同优化； 4、建立Agent专项评测与指标体系，建立“评测发现问题—数据定向强化—效果验证”的数据飞轮； 5、持续跟踪LLM领域的最新技术动态，并将其应用于实际业务场景中，推动技术落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业背景优先； 2、优秀的问题分析与解决能力，能够深入解决大模型训练及应用中的复杂问题； 3、熟悉LLM后训练、RL、Context Engineering、Agent Evaluation中的一个或多个方向； 4、能在开放问题中独立定义目标、设计实验并快速迭代； 5、有论文、开源项目、大模型训练或复杂Agent产品经验者优先。

加分项 1、熟悉代码Agent、Computer Use或多Agent系统； 2、做过真实用户场景的离线评测与线上实验； 3、有大规模分布式训练、推理或数据平台经验； 4、有Pretrain研究或应用经验者优先，熟悉代码领域的预训练与微调方法者优先； 5、以第一作者在ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、ACL等顶级学术会议发表过高影响力研究成果者优先； 6、在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Kaggle等编程或AI竞赛中获奖，或主导/参与过具有广泛影响力的AI开源/闭源项目者优先。
