1、负责剪映视频、图片创作场景下的Agent能力建设，参与从用户意图理解、任务规划、工具调用到结果评估的端到端链路设计与研发； 2、建设面向创作Agent的评测与回归体系，包括多任务Benchmark、自动化评测、负面案例归因、质量指标设计与效果监控，推动Agent能力稳定迭代； 3、参与Agent框架能力建设，包括Prompt策略、上下文管理、工具/Skill编排、任务状态追踪、异常恢复等模块研发； 4、结合视频生成、图片生成、智能剪辑等业务场景，探索大模型、多模态模型与创作工具链的结合方式，推动AI创作能力在实际产品中落地； 5、与产品、设计、算法、客户端和服务端团队协作，将用户需求转化为可执行的技术方案，并持续优化创作效果、链路稳定性和业务收益。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自然语言处理、计算机视觉、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉大模型应用开发流程，对Agent、RAG、Prompt Engineering、工具调用、上下文管理、任务规划等方向有实际项目经验； 3、具备扎实的工程能力，熟悉至少一种主流后端或AI工程技术栈，能够独立完成模块设计、开发、调试与线上问题定位； 4、了解大模型训练、微调、评测或推理优化相关方法，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架者优先； 5、具备良好的产品理解和业务抽象能力，能从用户创作体验出发设计技术方案，并与跨职能团队高效协作； 6、对AIGC、视频创作、智能剪辑或多模态Agent有兴趣，愿意在快速变化的业务中持续探索和落地。

加分项 1、有Agent产品、AI创作工具、智能剪辑、视频生成、图片生成等相关项目经验； 2、有端到端AI应用落地经验，熟悉从模型能力、工程链路到产品体验的完整闭环； 3、有评测平台、自动化回归、LLM as Judge、数据飞轮、负面案例诊断系统建设经验； 4、具备跨端或跨技术栈开发能力，了解客户端、服务端、算法服务之间的协作方式； 5、对创作类产品有较强兴趣，理解视频内容生产流程、用户创作诉求或内容质量评估方法。
