团队介绍：Aime 是字节跳动打造的企业级 AI Agent 平台，面向研发、产品、运营等多类岗位，提供基于大模型的智能服务。平台集成代码仓库、文档、知识库、飞书、Browser Use、MCP、研发工具链等企业能力，支持调研、Coding、数据分析、文档生成、Browser Automation 等复杂任务，通过自研 Agent 架构完成端到端日常工作提效。

1、参与Aime Agent数据合成与大模型后训练，综合运用LLM标注、数据增强、拒绝采样等方法构建高质量训练集，推进SFT/RL后训练以提升模型的推理、工具调用与长程任务能力，并跟踪Agentic RL、CodeRL等前沿研究快速落地； 2、负责Agent评测体系建设，设计覆盖模型基础能力及Coding、调研等场景的评测集，支撑模型与策略效果的自动化评估； 3、参与Aime Agent核心策略研发，围绕任务规划、工具调用、上下文管理、长期记忆、多Agent协作等方向持续优化，提升端到端任务完成率； 4、基于线上Trace与用户反馈定位失败模式，探索Self-Evolving Agent方向，推动Agent在调研分析、Coding、数据分析、文档生成等复杂场景下的自动进化。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的算法与工程基础，熟练掌握Python/Go/Java/C++至少一种，能在Linux环境下独立完成项目开发； 3、对大模型与Agent有深入理解，熟悉ReAct、Plan-and-Execute、Tool Use、RAG、Context Engineering、Memory、Multi-Agent等方向； 4、熟悉至少一种主流深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），了解SFT、RL、PPO/GRPO等后训练方法； 5、具备较强的问题抽象与实验设计能力，能从复杂执行轨迹中识别规律，并将分析结论转化为可验证的优化方案；有顶会论文、大模型/Agent实习或AI竞赛获奖经历者优先。
