团队介绍：Aime 是字节跳动打造的企业级 AI Agent 平台，面向研发、产品、运营等多类岗位，提供基于大模型的智能服务。平台集成代码仓库、文档、知识库、飞书、Browser Use、MCP、研发工具链等企业能力，支持调研、Coding、数据分析、文档生成、Browser Automation 等复杂任务，通过自研 Agent 架构完成端到端日常工作提效。

1、参与企业级AI Agent平台Aime核心后端研发，负责Agent会话管理、任务执行、运行时编排、工具调用和消息流转等关键链路的设计与实现； 2、参与高可用、高并发后端服务设计，保障Agent在复杂多轮交互、多工具调用场景下的稳定运行，持续提升系统可观测性与线上稳定性； 3、参与大模型应用工程化能力建设，涵盖多模型接入、上下文管理、流式响应、函数调用等方向； 4、对接飞书IM、文档等企业协作生态，与产品、算法、平台团队协作，推动AI Agent在真实办公与研发场景中规模化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础和编程能力，熟悉至少一门主流后端开发语言；具备良好的编码习惯、工程意识和问题定位能力，能在快速变化的业务与技术环境中主动学习、持续迭代； 3、对AI Agent、大模型应用工程化或后端基础设施方向有浓厚兴趣，有后端服务、AI Agent、RAG、Tool Calling等相关项目或实践经验者优先； 4、有异步任务、调度系统、消息队列、工作流引擎等复杂后端系统经验，或深度使用过AI编程助手/Agent工具并有自己理解与思考者加分。
