1、负责数据平台通用或垂类Agent能力的研发工作，参与Agent Framework、任务编排、工具调用、RAG、Workflow等核心能力建设； 2、参与面向内部或To B业务场景的Agent平台设计与开发，提升Agent能力的复用性、扩展性和易用性； 3、参与大模型应用后端服务建设，包括Prompt优化、知识库构建、检索增强、工具接入、效果评估与链路优化； 4、支撑业务快速迭代，保障Agent服务的稳定性、可用性与响应效率； 5、关注大模型、AI Agent、数据平台等方向的前沿技术，并探索在实际业务中的应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉Python、Java、Go等至少一种编程语言，有良好的代码习惯； 3、了解大模型应用开发相关技术，包括Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent、Workflow、工具调用、向量检索等，有相关项目经验优先； 4、具备良好的学习能力和沟通能力，责任心强，积极主动。
