1、本科及以上学历，熟悉视频创作流程，具备视频剪辑、自媒体账号运营相关工作经验优先； 2、了解AI Agent基本架构与工作逻辑，有大模型、AI Agent测评经验，或独立搭建测评体系经历者优先； 3、具备逻辑梳理、问题拆解能力，善于总结归纳，能清晰传递问题与优化方向； 4、做事严谨细心，执行力强，具备良好的跨团队协作意识。
