1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等相关领域专业； 2、具备大模型训练与优化经验，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架； 3、具备产品思维，能够以用户为出发点结合业务落地实现收益，可参与需求设计并提出技术可行性建议，与产品、设计团队高效协作； 4、对Agent技术有实践经验，能清晰阐述如何通过Agent解决实际业务问题。
