日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、创作Agent研发：参与剪映/醒图/即梦创作Agent的设计与落地，包括多智能体编排（Multi-Agent Orchestration）、长程任务规划（Planning）、工具调用（Function Calling/MCP）、记忆系统（Memory）等模块； 2、AIGC能力工程化：参与文生视频、图生视频、AI配音、AI改写、智能剪辑等模型能力的服务化部署与链路优化，让“前沿论文”变成“亿级用户可用的功能”； 3、中台基础服务：参与云编辑、云相册、AI推理网关、Agent Runtime等基础能力建设，支撑业务以“周”为单位快速迭代； 4、Agent体验打磨：深入业务一线，对效果敏感，针对真实创作痛点设计Prompt/Workflow/评测体系，持续把“能用”打磨成“好用”和“上瘾”。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机/软件工程/人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉一门后端语言（Go/Python/C++/Java都行），数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络基础扎实； 3、对LLM/Agent/AIGC有真实的好奇心和动手经验，例如： 1）用过LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen、Dify任一框架； 2）写过RAG、Function Calling，或开发过MCP Server/Client； 3）对接过主流大模型API完成个人项目，对效果有独立判断； 4、能将模糊需求拆解为清晰工程方案，代码具备可读性； 5、学习能力强、沟通顺畅、执行力突出，每周出勤至少4天，实习4个月及以上。

加分项 1、做过视频/图像/语音相关的多模态项目； 2、了解Agent评测体系（AgentBench、SWE-bench、τ-bench等）； 3、GitHub上有个人开源项目、参加过Hackathon，或有个人AI作品； 4、持续关注大模型和Agent领域新进展，有独立见解。
