1、参与剪映、CapCut、醒图、即梦等产品的创作智能体设计与落地，包括多智能体编排、长程任务规划、工具调用、记忆系统（短期与长期记忆）与上下文工程等核心模块研发； 2、参与文生视频、图生视频、AI配音、AI改写、智能剪辑等模型能力的服务化部署与链路优化，推动前沿技术在亿级用户产品中的落地应用，覆盖新一代生成模型与世界模型等方向； 3、建设智能体运行的核心框架（Harness Engineering），包括工具编排、智能体循环控制、沙箱隔离执行，以及AI推理网关、智能体开发工具包、MCP协议接入等底层能力，支撑上层业务快速迭代，保障高可用、高性能与可观测性； 4、构建智能体评测体系与数据飞轮，打通用户反馈闭环，通过自动化评估与强化学习、反馈学习等方式，推动智能体从真实创作数据中持续自进化，实现效果提升从人工调参向数据驱动自动迭代升级。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备全栈开发能力，熟悉至少一门主流开发语言（Go、Python、TypeScript、C++、Java均可），数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络基础扎实； 3、对智能体基础架构方向有浓厚兴趣，理解或愿意深入研究智能体运行机制、工具编排、沙箱、上下文工程等运行时技术； 4、对大语言模型、智能体、生成式AI有好奇心和动手经验，例如： 1）了解LangGraph、Dify等经典框架，使用过Claude Agent SDK、OpenAI Agents SDK等任一智能体开发框架； 2）实践过智能体检索增强、工具调用功能，或开发过MCP服务端或客户端； 3）对接过主流大模型应用程序接口完成个人项目，并对效果有独立判断； 5、能将模糊需求拆解为清晰的工程方案，代码具备良好的可读性与工程质量。

加分项 1、有视频、图像、语音相关的多模态项目经验； 2、了解现代智能体评测体系（如Terminal-Bench、GAIA、τ-bench、OSWorld等），或有搭建私有评测集的实践经验； 3、高频使用AI编程工具或智能体产品，能够判断产出质量，对主流大模型与智能体产品有独立见解； 4、在GitHub上有个人开源项目、参加过黑客马拉松，或有个人AI作品； 5、持续关注大模型与智能体领域前沿进展，如上下文工程、基础架构、智能体自进化、多智能体协作协议、世界模型等方向，并有独立思考。
