1、Agent架构策略：具备对Agent技术策略的理解与洞察，能够围绕模型能力、工具调用、任务编排和评测闭环设计可落地的产品方案； 2、用户研究与洞察：通过用户调研、线上用户数据分析、外部产品评测等方式，持续挖掘线上体验痛点，持续优化Agent的易用性； 3、跨团队协作：与算法团队紧密协作，善用AI工具推动需求高效运转，精简协同流程，跟进上线后的用户反馈和数据表现，牵引团队快速迭代Agent架构和效果； 4、Agent体验评测：搭建Agent效果质量评估标准，包含定义目标效果、中间过程的质量评估体系、用户体验指标体系等；为Agent效果、用户体验指标负责。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上算法策略运营或相关领域工作经验，有相关Agent工具开发经验者优先； 2、对AI领域的动态/新技术深入研究，熟悉各类新工具及模型的应用，有较高的职业热情； 3、热爱视频剪辑，熟悉视频编辑流程和各类型效果插件，熟悉国内外社交软件，有良好的潮流感知度和内容洞察力。
