日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责即梦/AI Agent的训练工作，支持Web/App等多端业务，协同打造AI时代的专业影视创作、UGC视频玩法等AI原生产品； 2、借助LLM/MLLM模型等建立创作领域的多模态认知体系，通过行业知识库整合，理解镜头美学、剪辑节奏、叙事逻辑等创作本质，激发图片/视频/音乐等生成模型的能力上限，实现叙事、创作、创意玩法等垂类突破； 3、深耕模型后训练技术链路，通过SFT、RL等手段提升Agent的叙事创意与复杂执行能力，持续探索智能上限； 4、与产品研发协同优化Agent Harness，通过Skill/Memory/个性化等承接业务策略，提供更智能的产品体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟悉NLP、CV、ML等相关技术，深入理解大模型、多模态相关算法原理，熟悉SFT、RL等模型训练技术，具备效果调优能力； 3、熟悉Agent技术栈，在RAG系统、工具调用、多轮对话、内容生成等方向有实战经验； 4、在大模型领域，主导过有影响力的项目或论文； 5、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。

加分项 1、获得ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛奖项； 2、在RAG系统、工具调用、多轮对话、内容生成等方向有实战经验； 3、在大模型领域主导过有影响力的项目或发表过相关论文。
