团队介绍：Commercial AI隶属于国际化广告（国际化商业产品与技术），聚焦在商业化场景下的AI研发与创新，包括围绕广告场景，探索超长序列复杂模型、生成式推荐和 AI 广告素材生成等核心能力。简化产品流程，提升客户体验，并推动广告系统从素材生成到推荐建模的持续升级，助力广告效果提升和收入增长。

1、负责商业化客服与销售、AIGC文本、图片、视频创意等Agent的算法研发，基于大语言模型（LLM）、智能体（Agent）、全模态模型（Omni）技术，构建用户意图理解、路径规划、工具调用、多轮交互等能力； 2、深入探索商业化场景的Agent大模型应用，构建知识问答、投放效果诊断、AI创编、AI销售、AI创意等协助客户投放广告的能力； 3、跟踪Agent领域前沿技术（文本大模型、Agent、评测、强化学习等），结合业务需求进行算法创新与工程化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业优先； 2、扎实的算法基础，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架，具备模型训练/调优/部署经验； 3、技术方向要求（满足至少一个领域）： 1）LLM方向：熟悉Transformer架构，具有Prompt-Engineering、模型微调、强化学习等实战经验； 2）MLLM方向：具备多模态对齐、跨模态检索、图文联合生成等项目经验，熟悉CLIP、BLIP等经典模型； 3）Agent方向：具有任务规划、记忆机制、工具调用、多智能体协作等相关项目经验； 4、具备优秀的工程实现能力，熟练掌握Python/C++，有ACM、Kaggle等算法竞赛获奖经历者优先； 5、业务场景匹配与科研经验要求： 1）有广告推荐、内容理解、营销自动化、商业化创意理解与生成等相关项目经验者优先； 2）熟悉广告行业特性，对素材质量评估、用户画像构建等技术有实践经验者优先； 3）丰富的多模态科研经验；在TPAMI、CVPR、NeurIPS、ICCV等期刊会议上发表论文者优先； 6、强烈的技术热情与业务敏感度，具备跨团队协作能力和系统性解决问题思维。
