1、架构设计与研发：负责字节跳动中国区商业变现业务的AI Agent（智能体）架构设计与核心开发，构建高可用、可扩展的AI-Native业务系统，支撑公司千亿规模的收入目标； 2、多模态与多端落地：负责商业化多场景下Agent的落地与应用，包括但不限于复杂多轮对话、多模态交互、多系统联动编排； 3、技术攻坚与工程落地：深度参与长周期任务（Long-Horizon Tasks）的规划与拆解，设计并落地harness Agent架构； 4、深度参与业务共创与需求拆解：紧密对接商业化产品、销售及运营团队，主动参与业务痛点讨论与需求沟通；负责将模糊的商业诉求高效拆解为具象的智能体（Agent）任务流与技术方案，并推动项目全链路闭环落地，用AI赋能业务增长。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上数仓建设或大数据研发经验； 2、熟悉数据仓库实施方法论、深入了解数据仓库体系，并支撑过实际业务场景； 3、具备实时和离线数据处理经验，熟悉主流大数据技术栈，如Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink、OLAP引擎； 4、加分项：具备Python或者TypeScript开发能力，具备LLM应用工程能力者优先； 5、善于沟通，对业务敏感，能快速理解业务背景，具备优秀的技术与业务结合能力。
