日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、驱动商家发品规模增长：深入分析商家发品全链路卡点，推动产品持续迭代优化，提升商家发品成功率与效率； 2、打造AI智能发布工具：参与建设面向商家的AI发品工具，帮助商家以更低成本完成发品，并支持输出更丰富、更高质量的商品信息； 3、结合不同国家和地区的业务特点、商家需求、法律法规及文化差异，抽象共性问题与差异化需求，推动标准化、可复用的产品能力建设； 4、跨团队协作推进项目落地：与研发、算法、设计、数据、运营等跨职能团队紧密协作，推进产品方案高质量落地，跟踪产品上线效果，基于数据分析和业务反馈持续迭代，识别产品机会、风险与问题，推动体验与业务结果持续提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、数学、统计学、数据科学等理工科相关专业优先； 2、有电商商家端产品、AI工具相关经验，对AI技术与应用有强烈热情、好奇心和探索精神优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维与结构化分析能力，能够从复杂业务现象中识别问题、拆解路径并推动解决，对数据敏感，具备良好的数据分析能力，能够以数据驱动进行需求发现、方案优化和效果评估； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力和自驱力，能够高效协同跨职能、跨团队成员推进项目落地； 5、英语可作为工作语言，可实习4个月以上，每周可至少4天到岗。
