1、面向商业化客户的白盒AIGC创作工具：在素材生产、素材内容理解，以及文字、图片和Video这三种模态的素材转换方面，开展大模型应用层的工作；商业化客户无需复杂操作即可快速产出高质量素材，适配品牌营销、电商等多场景创作需求； 2、全自动化Multi-Agent视频生成系统：构建一套完整打通多Agent体系的应用架构，能力上聚合文本生成、图片Video生成、Video口播、数字人等各类原子化AI能力，路径上形成客户理解&资产-Video任务规划-动态化策略构建-Video生成执行-智能回顾-自动修复端到端链路，系统上包括Host Agent-Middleware-Sub-Agent三位一体架构； 3、业务应用与效果追踪： 1）与各垂类的业务团队开展合作，例如电商广告、游戏广告、线索广告等团队，通过AIGC手段解决行业中的素材数量、质量问题，驱动各行业广告收入增长； 2）通过暗水印、相似度、人脸识别等方式，全链路追踪AIGC素材投放效果，形成正向和负向反馈闭环，持续迭代模型效果和产品应用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，编码能力优秀，熟悉Linux和开发环境，熟练掌握Golang/Python优先； 3、对以下一个或多个领域有工作经验或个人沉淀：AIGC，Multi Agent，Agent Infra，Tool Use等AI相关领域； 4、扎实的后端技术能力，有开发建设过任务调度/流量隔离/服务限流等后端方案，有在生产环境实践的经验； 5、有较强的问题抽象能力，具备生产系统的分析和调试能力，系统调优能力强。

加分项 1、良好的英语听说读写能力，有较好的国际化视野； 2、对构建AI应用有热情，深度使用和理解过一款以上AI应用的产品和技术逻辑。
