1、参与抖音、番茄小说、剪映等产品的体验数据分析，从海量数据中发现用户体验问题和潜在业务机会； 2、参与数据分析挖掘智能体的设计与研发，探索大语言模型、Agent、RAG等技术在数据分析场景中的应用； 3、参与多Agent协作流程、分析工具和模型评测体系的建设，持续优化智能体的分析准确性、稳定性与效率； 4、运用统计分析、数据挖掘和机器学习方法，对复杂业务问题进行拆解、验证和归因； 5、沉淀可复用的数据分析方法、提示词、工具及工作流，推动分析能力平台化和规模化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学、数据科学等相关专业； 2、具备良好的数据分析基础，了解常用统计学方法，能够使用SQL完成数据提取和分析； 3、掌握至少一门编程语言，如Python、Java或C++，具备基本的算法和工程能力； 4、对大语言模型及AI Agent感兴趣，了解Prompt Engineering、RAG、SFT、强化学习等概念中的一种或多种； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题拆解和学习能力，能够主动探索并解决开放性问题； 6、具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，对用户体验和产品问题保持好奇心。

加分项： 1、有大语言模型应用、AI Agent、数据挖掘或机器学习相关的课程项目、科研或实习经历； 2、使用过LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen、LangGraph等Agent或LLM应用开发框架； 3、具备数据分析竞赛、算法竞赛、科研论文或开源项目经历； 4、熟悉常见的模型评测方法，或有数据集构建、Prompt优化、模型微调经验； 5、对抖音、番茄小说、剪映等内容产品有深入使用体验，能够从用户视角发现和思考产品问题。
