1、支持新一代的企业级AI数据智能产品的开发，参与产品的需求分析、技术架构设计、编码实现等工作； 2、支持数据智能产品的架构和服务搭建，包含但不限于Prompt Engineering、Multi-Agent、RAG等； 3、深度参与基于Agent的数据产品的架构创新与优化，并推动方案高效落地实施； 4、深度参与AI新技术新方向的探索和选型。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，思维敏捷，沟通能力强，具有自我驱动能力； 2、有Agent或RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)项目实际落地经验，或具备NLP相关工作经验者优先； 3、有良好的产品和客户意识，善于深入理解业务场景并抽象需求，设计高效的技术方案并推动落地； 4、有深度学习、大模型、LLM应用等平台开发经验，或熟悉LangChain、Dify等开源Agent框架者优先； 5、具备扎实的编程能力，热爱技术，善于钻研和学习新知识，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
