团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统；为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法；同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、Lagrange平台建设：打造AML一站式中央控制台，统筹研发体系效率、软件交付发布、资源管理能效、数据指标输出、稳定性异常诊断及标准化组件运维，为全流程工程效能提供统一平台支撑； 2、智能化效能工具：将LLM Agent技术与AIOps深度融合，构建数据分析、根因诊断、异常检测等智能化解决方案； 3、大规模分布式系统实践：融合系统工程与机器学习经验，为日均服务数万模型任务的超大规模集群提供稳定性与效率保障。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学或相关专业背景，学习能力强，具备良好的创造性思维与技术攻坚能力，能将前沿技术与实际业务场景结合推动落地； 2、编程基础扎实，精通Python/Golang中至少一门，熟悉常见单机及分布式系统的工程实现； 3、具备扎实的智能运维（AIOps）经验，熟悉Metrics、Trace、Log等观测体系，对根因分析、时间序列分析等有实践积累； 4、熟悉至少一种主流Agent开发框架（LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen、OpenAI Agents SDK等），具备Agent核心模块（任务规划、工具调用、记忆管理、多步推理）的开发与调优经验； 5、深入理解大模型原理，熟悉Prompt Engineering、RAG、Context Engineering等关键技术，能独立完成端到端Agent系统的设计与交付； 6、熟悉MCP、A2A、Function Call等Agent通信协议，有多智能体协作系统开发经验。
