1、负责代码质量相关Agent的设计与研发，提升需求理解、缺陷发现、质量分析与自动修复能力，构建覆盖代码理解、问题定位、验证测试、修复优化等环节的Agent工作流，实现质量问题自动化闭环处理； 2、设计并优化Agent的Planning、Memory、Tool Use、Reflection等核心机制； 3、推动Agent与大模型、代码分析工具、测试框架及研发平台深度融合； 4、参与用户反馈驱动的数据飞轮建设，探索Agent持续学习与能力进化机制； 5、跟踪Agent与软件工程智能化领域前沿技术并推动落地。

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、扎实的软件工程基础，熟悉Python、Java、Go等至少一种编程语言； 3、熟悉大模型应用开发，具备Agent、RAG、Tool Calling等相关实践经验； 4、理解Agent核心架构，包括Planning、Memory、Workflow、Multi-Agent等机制； 5、具备良好的系统设计能力和工程落地能力； 6、对软件工程智能化、代码智能或Agent技术方向有浓厚兴趣。
