1、负责AI Agent安全运营，围绕账号安全、行为风控、使用风险，搭建风险发现、分析、策略、治理闭环； 2、聚焦办公协同与AI Agent生态安全，识别并治理账号盗用、身份冒用、异常登录、凭证滥用等风险； 3、基于环境信息、用户行为、身份凭证、Agent调用链路等，开展风险溯源、异常归因和攻击模式分析；跟踪大模型、AI Agent、工具调用、身份认证、权限授权及黑产攻防趋势，推动新型风险防控能力落地； 4、协同算法、产品、研发团队，参与风险样本建设、特征分析、模型/策略评估、误判排查及效果复盘； 5、建设安全运营基础能力，包括风险标签、监控看板、应急响应、治理SOP和效果评估体系。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、人工智能、信息安全等相关专业优先； 2、关注大模型与AI Agent技术，理解AI安全风险及业务落地场景； 3、具备较强数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Python进行数据提取、清洗、分析与可视化，了解规则策略、机器学习、异常检测、知识图谱、用户行为分析等风控方法； 4、具备良好的逻辑分析、风险研判和方案落地能力； 5、具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能推动算法、研发、产品、安全等团队完成问题闭环； 6、有账号安全、内容安全、反作弊、交易风控、黑灰产治理、安全运营、策略运营或数据运营经验者优先。
