日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、前沿调研与抽象：跟踪LLM Agent领域中与记忆、长程任务相关的前沿理论与技术、认知科学、神经科学、心理学，提炼可指导系统设计的计算原则； 2、记忆与长程能力设计：参与Agent记忆及长程任务相关架构的探索与设计，方向包括但不限于记忆的写入与检索、合并与遗忘、反思与离线巩固、长程规划与多步推理等； 3、算法研发与实验：负责相关算法的设计、实现与评测，参与构建评测体系（如记忆质量、长程一致性、抗干扰与抗遗忘等）； 4、前沿跟踪与判断：跟进领域前沿工作，输出可落地的技术判断与方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，认知科学、心理学、神经科学、计算机、人工智能、数学、物理、统计等专业优先； 2、对Agent的长程任务能力、人如何学习与记忆等方向有真实的好奇心，能就至少一个相关话题展开深入讨论； 3、创新思维突出，能从底层原理出发思考Context压缩、Memory管理、长期记忆持久化等核心问题，具备自主设计并验证解决方案的能力； 4、具备基本的编程能力； 5、自我驱动，能独立调研文献并形成判断； 6、能持续实习3个月以上，每周不少于4天。
