1、Agent执行引擎层抽象扩展：把模型、工具、存储等所有外部依赖抽象为插件，实现热插拔； 2、架构灵活性：设计符合标准接口架构，支持插件可扩展、可插拔，兼容生态； 3、To B特性产品架构设计：覆盖安全合规、多租户、生命周期、监控、容错相关要求，满足生产环境要求。

1、本科及以上学历，有1年及以上Agent开发经验； 2、熟练使用AI Coding工具，高效开发与架构设计； 3、熟悉Claw/OpenClaw内核与Agent架构、Runtime、沙箱、多智能体、Skills引擎； 4、扎实掌握Go/Java/Python/TS至少一种，系统设计能力强；熟悉LLM、RAG、函数调用、工具链、Prompt工程； 5、具备微服务、云原生、中间件工程化经验； 6、有想法、乐于探索研究，主动技术预研与创新；擅长复杂问题攻坚、架构演进与技术赋能。
