1、参与设计和开发基于LLM的AI Agent系统，包括工具调用、记忆管理等核心模块； 2、探索和优化Agent架构，提升任务规划、推理和执行的效果与可靠性； 3、设计和实施AI应用的评测体系，通过数据驱动持续优化Agent表现； 4、跟进前沿Agent技术，快速原型验证并落地到产品中。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的算法和数据结构基础，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言； 3、对LLM和AI Agent有浓厚兴趣，动手能力强，有独立完成项目的能力，学习能力优秀； 4、有良好的团队合作精神，有责任心。

以下经历加分： 1、有AI Agent产品的开发或调优经验（如OpenClaw、Claude Code、Codex等）； 2、有LLM应用调优经验（效果评测、Prompt优化、模型选型等）； 3、有NLP或大模型相关科研经历。
