1、负责设计和开发面向资源规划场景的AI Agent，包括需求理解、数据分析、策略推荐、自动化执行等能力； 2、基于LLM、RAG、Workflow、Tool Calling等技术，构建可落地、可评估、可迭代的智能助手系统，建设Agent与内部系统、数据平台、审批流程、工单系统之间的集成能力，提升资源管理效率； 3、深入理解资源规划业务，包括服务器、GPU、云资源、预算、容量、利用率、成本等核心指标，推动AI能力在实际业务流程中应用； 4、参与资源预测、供需匹配、异常发现、成本优化等算法或规则策略的设计与工程实现； 5、建立Agent效果评估体系，包括准确率、召回率、执行成功率、人工节省效率、业务收益等指标； 6、跟踪AI Agent、LLM应用工程、智能运维、智能资源管理等方向的新技术，并推动在团队内落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Python/Go/Java/C++中至少一种编程语言，具备扎实的工程开发能力； 3、熟悉LLM应用开发，有RAG、Agent、Prompt Engineering、Function Calling、Workflow编排等实践经验者优先； 4、具备较强的数据处理和分析能力，熟悉SQL，能从复杂业务数据中抽象问题并形成解决方案； 5、具备良好的系统设计能力，能够设计稳定、可扩展、可观测的AI应用服务；对基础设施资源管理、云计算、GPU资源、容量规划、成本优化等方向有经验或兴趣； 6、具备较强的业务理解能力和沟通协作能力，能够在不确定场景下推动问题闭环；具备主动学习能力，能快速跟进AI Agent相关技术发展，并转化为实际业务价值。
