团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、深入理解AI大模型，产出Agent、Coding等方向的高质量评测数据，分析Rubric、环境、轨迹等方面的问题，输出分析报告； 2、与产品研发团队沟通协作，参与业务场景定义、数据标准制定、标注策略迭代，协同运营数据团队推进优化专项，为数据生产流程提效和交付质量负责； 3、能通过代码和Prompt Engineering，完成数据挖掘、预处理、数据分析、链路/Agent搭建等任务，自动化构建训练集和评测集，同时探索AI领域新的知识与工具，为业务带来新的思路和方法，并在业务中实践落实； 4、针对大模型的突出问题，与产品、算法、标注、评估等团队合作进行专项攻坚。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握2种及以上主流编程语言，能够独立阅读主流代码逻辑及报错日志，高频使用AI开发工具，如TRAE/Claude Code/Cursor； 3、精通提示词工程（Prompt Engineering），能优化Prompt解决不同类型的任务需求，理解Agent实现原理，有实际搭建工作流/Agent经验； 4、了解机器学习/人工智能/模型调优，熟悉各种算法的基本概念，有模型优化/评估相关经验者优先； 5、对AI有高度热情，有较强的自驱、学习、沟通能力。
