1、具备快速学习能力，对探索与应用新技术有热情，有热情参与到AI产品的测试技术的创新与探索； 2、对AI技术有热情，并保持快速学习；对质量效能领域技术感兴趣； 3、具备深度思考问题的能力，能透过现象挖掘出本质问题； 4、具备一定的工程编码能力，对LLM/Agent有相关经验者优先； 5、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 6、熟悉Python/Java/Go等面向对象语言中的一种或者多种。
