1、深入探索即梦Web端的AI Agent应用，构建端到端的Agent评测体系，设计和研发领先的Agent模型与链路，推动AI技术在视频创作领域中的突破； 2、建立并迭代Agent模型与链路与模型的评估体系，探索数据与模型的共进化反馈体系； 3、通过Prompt/Context Engineering、SFT、RLHF等算法提升Agent能力上限，实现Agent在视频生成、编辑等能力上的全面提升； 4、参与领域模型的全流程工作，根据实际业务场景，将创新性技术方案高效落地，推动内容创作AI能力的持续突破。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等相关领域专业； 2、较强的工程能力，有良好的产品和客户意识，思维敏捷，沟通能力强，具有自我驱动能力； 3、熟悉LLM/VLM的Post-training相关技术，在相关领域有过良好的项目经验或研究经验的优先； 4、有从0-1搭建AI Agent应用经验的优先。
