1、负责火山引擎视频AI相关产品模块研发，同时支持To B商业化和内部业务需求； 2、理解大模型和音视频产品的结合点，设计合理架构，保证高效迭代、高代码质量和系统高可靠； 3、参与智能视频的新型应用开发和解决方案创新，结合Agentic技术，提供灵活的服务能力； 4、面向Agent，提供友好的接入能力（Skill/CLI/MCP/API等），建设完整的Agent数据回流、效果迭代体系。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件等相关专业； 2、扎实的编程能力，优秀的架构设计能力，对代码质量有追求； 3、深刻理解计算机网络、操作系统原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 4、熟悉音视频处理/视觉、语音大模型优先，有具体的音视频项目落地经验优先； 5、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力； 6、热爱编程，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术。
