1、大模型推理与算力效率：面向千亿级大模型与复杂视觉语言模型（VLM），在千万级吞吐的真实流量下深度定制服务架构，攻坚复杂模型编排、流量调度、动态批处理与异构算力调度，并支撑千卡级离线批量推理的任务调度；在SLA兜底约束下持续逼近饱和吞吐，让同等算力消化更大规模的内容； 2、大模型研发平台与Agentic Infra：建设贯穿训练、评测、部署与版本管理的一站式平台；面向算法Auto Research建设Agentic能力与工具链；结合训练框架优化大规模强化学习效率，建设支撑Agentic后训练的真实与仿真环境； 3、多模态数据资产与数据飞轮：为审核模型的持续迭代建设数据底座，基于Spark/Flink/Iceberg/Ray搭建TB~PB级离线与实时流水线，完成送审文本、图像、音视频的清洗、去重、合规处理与资产化；针对违规样本稀缺、风险分布随政策与热点快速漂移的特点，探索数据合成、数据增强与多模态对齐，为新型风险与长尾场景快速冷启动训练集与评测集；打通「线上负面案例挖掘→清洗标注→训练/评测集补充→模型迭代」的数据飞轮； 4、多模态评测体系与能力诊断：面向违规内容识别、多模态风险检测与多语言场景构建高质量Benchmark与自动化评测框架，支持大规模评测任务的部署、执行与监控。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
