1、追踪行业趋势、产品动态与市场需求，结合对目标用户核心痛点与应用场景的洞察深入分析，构建清晰的用户画像，并拉通内部对目标用户形成统一认知，为产品研发与营销提供精准市场输入；前置参与产品研发与定义阶段，从市场与用户视角评估功能价值，验证核心卖点，牵引产品竞争力精准构建； 2、主导产品核心价值与差异化卖点的挖掘、提炼与包装，构建完整、有说服力的产品故事与顶层信息架构；制定全周期产品营销策略，并根据不同目标，参考用户决策链路及价值触达路径，保障产品卖点在各传播环节的一致性和有效性； 3、统筹产品全生命周期核心营销物料的开发，重点负责产品白皮书、发布会Keynote、解决方案案例等关键内容的策划与创作；确保产品价值被精准转化为沟通内容，为相关团队提供所需的赋能素材； 4、收集与分析产品上市后或测试阶段的用户反馈、市场表现及竞争动态，持续优化产品价值主张、产品营销策略及营销内容与信息传递方式；基于市场反馈反哺产品迭代方向，更新产品竞争策略，实现全生命周期营销价值精细化管理； 5、作为核心枢纽，拉通产品、研发、市场、销售等团队，确保产品价值及信息精准一致、资源协调高效，并推动产品营销策略顺利落地。

1、本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先，5年以上产品营销市场相关工作经验，其中3年以上产品营销市场相关经验；具备至少1个完整科技产品营销项目实操经验，熟悉产品从研发定义到市场落地的全链路流程； 2、对趋势有敏锐洞察，能快速将前沿技术语言转化为用户易懂的表达；具备出色的市场与用户洞察力，能通过市场研究、产品分析精准把握需求与机会，并有效牵引团队共识； 3、具备优秀的产品策略与叙事能力，擅长提炼核心价值，构建清晰、有说服力的产品故事与营销策略； 4、具备卓越的跨部门协同与项目管理能力，能主导复杂项目并确保高质量交付； 5、对前沿科技有强烈兴趣，思维活跃，责任心强，结果导向，自驱力强且保持持续学习。
