团队介绍：聚焦存算一体芯片设计，主要围绕AI大模型应用场景进行高能效计算技术创新，设计多款基于存算一体架构的高能效AI芯片，突破传统冯・诺依曼架构下的 "内存墙" 瓶颈，提升能效比、降低算力成本。团队具备独立流片与量产落地能力，累计申请专利近300项，核心专利覆盖“底层器件-核心架构-工程落地”全流程。同时与字节各团队算力需求整体协同，更好的发挥存算一体芯片的技术价值，共同为AI业务提供高能效算力底座。

1、负责公司芯片项目的前/后仿真验证，关注SoC和系统验证； 2、负责验证计划的制定、环境搭建、激励生成和覆盖率分析，支持软硬件协同验证； 3、负责验证环境和流程的开发与维护。

1、微电子、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历，有过流片经验优先； 2、做过大体量的芯片验证，熟悉SOC及ST验证； 3、熟悉芯片的性能验证、低功耗验证；熟悉芯片开发/验证流程；精通验证相关EDA工具、熟练掌握UVM等主流验证方法学； 4、精通SystemVerilog硬件设计语言，熟悉C/C++/SystemC建模语言中的一种或以上，熟悉Python/Perl脚本语言； 5、能独立搭建验证平台，完成subsys/SOC级验证、测试点分解、以及代码/功能覆盖率分析等工作； 6、有能力带领团队完成项目，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
