1、负责AI战略规划与场景识别：为客户提供AI战略规划服务，识别高价值的AI应用场景；深入理解企业业务逻辑，定位AI与业务结合的关键机会点；独立产出行业AI应用分析与策略洞察，指导客户AI投资优先级； 2、高层对话与端到端交付：具备高层对话能力，向客户高层阐述AI战略价值与实施路径；能设计端到端AI解决方案（包括技术架构、产品选型、实施路径与ROI测算）；负责从需求分析到方案落地到效果验证的全周期交付，确保业务结果达成； 3、数字员工与流程重构：主导企业级智能体（AI Agent）的设计与交付，实现岗位智能替代或能力增强；以AI为核心驱动力重构企业核心业务流程，而非简单嵌入现有流程；建立AI落地的标准方法论、工具包与最佳实践库； 4、价值验证与规模化复制：聚焦可量化的业务结果（收入增长、客户覆盖、转化率提升等指标）；推动POC向规模化生产环境演进，确保AI投资商业回报；基于标杆客户场景产出可复制的成功案例，沉淀行业AI应用方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上企业解决方案、技术咨询或AI产品经验； 2、具备大模型、AI Agent、企业智能体等技术的实际项目落地经验； 3、深入理解企业业务场景：销售、客服、供应链、财务等职能的核心痛点与流程； 4、具备高层客户对话经验，能够将技术语言转化为业务价值； 5、具备端到端项目交付能力，对业务结果负责而非仅交付技术方案； 6、有AI原生产品或企业级智能体平台项目经验、具备消费/零售/制造等行业的AI落地案例与方法论沉淀，或持有云计算/AI相关技术认证优先。
