1、广告能力（Skill）建设：把巨量千川的投放知识与操作（计划搭建、定向、出价、诊断、调优等）拆解成AI能理解、能执行、能评估的能力，输出方案与PRD； 2、Context与评测：把商家目标、账户历史、投放数据组织成AI可用的上下文；建立分层评测标准与自动化评测集，支撑能力快速迭代； 3、AI产品化：在现有巨量千川链路中识别AI切入点，设计面向商家的智能推荐（预算/出价/异常诊断）与投放问答助手，降低专业投放门槛。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、更看重潜力、动手能力与学习速度；AI实践能力：真正上手做过——能自己跑通Prompt调试、Agent搭建、评测集构建，用数据说话而非空谈方案； 3、好奇心：高频跟踪AIGC/Agent/广告投放进展，主动拆解标杆产品并迁移到自己的工作； 4、韧性：具备在复杂与重要项目中推进工作的能力，遇到卡点不放弃，在反复试错中把事推进； 5、逻辑与数据：能把复杂问题拆成清晰结构（目标→指标→路径→风险）；具备SQL取数与漏斗/AB/归因分析基础，对ROI、消耗、转化率敏感。
