1、负责抖音UGC社区及独立端-可颂的内容推荐与生态运营策略，围绕“社区互动”“内容有用性”等分发导向，定义和优化内容分发体验问题，提升可颂的消费、互动、留存等核心指标； 2、参与推荐系统全链路策略运营，基于LLM内容理解、多模态理解、向量召回等技术，在召回、排序、冷启动、多目标等场景完成方案设计、验证与落地； 3、建设内容生态、分发效果与用户体验的评估体系，识别兴趣多样性差、分发不精准、内容低质等关键问题，并通过策略迭代推动生态长期改善； 4、与产品、数据、算法、工程等团队紧密协作，利用前沿AI技术驱动推荐体验优化，高效协调各方资源，保障目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网策略运营/内容运营/策略产品/数据分析相关经验；有内容社区、创作者生态或内容平台运营策略经验者优先，有AI应用、大模型落地经验者优先； 2、对UGC内容社区有较强理解，熟悉推荐系统底层召回、粗排、精排、多目标、兴趣建模等环节，了解大模型改造传统推荐链路的前沿方案； 3、对AI应用有较强认知与热情，具备Prompt Engineering、Workflow、Agent等工作流落地经验，熟悉SFT、RAG、强化学习等大模型效果优化基本方法； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、精通A/B实验分析，能够借助AI高效完成大批量案例分析、问题发现和策略归因。
