1、参与字节跳动客服数据中心的建设； 2、参与优化集群/组件计算性能，提供支撑数百万QPS的分布式应用； 3、负责挖掘和分析海量用户/电商/评论/短视频/图片等数据，构建千亿级别的OLAP引擎和特征工程； 4、调研业内领先的大数据技术解决方案，结合实际应用场景进行创新应用试验和业务落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、深入理解大数据生态圈，有扎实的数据结构和算法基础； 3、熟练掌握Java编程语言，深入理解JVM； 4、有大数据相关分布式系统（Hadoop/Spark/Flink/ClickHouse/ES/Druid/Presto）的使用和应用优化经验，参与过大数据平台开发的优先； 5、对高并发、高可用、高性能、大数据处理有过实际项目经验者优先； 6、有良好的业务意识，对数据业务场景非常敏感，能够横向协同、跨团队整合资源，形成完整的方案解决业务/产品的问题。
